THE MIMOSA PACKAGE

The Mimosa Package is our partial day of coordination package. This includes all of the services that the Champagne offers, only we leave once all of the formalities are done! 

  • Unlimited email/phone contact with coordinators during business hours
    • Monday-Thursday 10-6pm
  • Access to Cherish Online Planning Portal to keep track of budget, upload contracts, guests, seating, etc.
  • Cherish Homework Packet
  • Vendor referrals
  • 3 meetings with coordinators (phone or face to face)

 

Initial details meeting

Midway meeting

Final details meeting

  • Day of Coordination limited up to 8 hours with two qualified coordinators assigned at the discretion of Cherish Events 
  • Vendor Confirmation for arrival and delivery times
  • Confirm guest headcounts, vendor details, and rental item quantities
  • Preparation of itinerary/timeline for ceremony and reception, sent to all wedding vendors one week prior to wedding
  • Coordination with all vendors including ceremony officiant and reception facility manager to confirm timeline and contracted services
  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors

 

Wedding Rehearsal:

  • 1 hour rehearsal upon officiant and venue request (time and date must be approved by Lead Planner)
  • Coordinate family and bridal party line ups, processional and recessional
  • Distribute personal wedding day itinerary to wedding party
  • Collect items from bride and groom to be placed on day of event (If we cannot leave it at the venue)

 

Wedding Ceremony:

  • Be the point of contact for your event
  • Coordinators to arrive at the venue 2 hours before event begins
  • Access to wedding kit provided by coordinators
  • Oversee setup of all vendors to ensure all services are fulfilled
  • Distribute and pin boutonnières, corsages, and bouquets
  • Set up of all ceremony décor not handled by a specific vendor (i.e. guest book, unity candles, programs, pictures, etc.) 
  • Ensure that the wedding rings are present before ceremony begins
  • Line up and cue wedding party & DJ/Musician for processional and grand entrance

 

Wedding Reception:

  • Set up of all reception décor not handled by specific vendor (escort cards, favors, pictures, etc.)
  • Manage vendor set up
  • Ensure gift box is removed from foyer to a secure location or designated point person
  • Coordinate the “First Look” of the reception room with bride and groom
  • Line up and cue all wedding attendants for grand entrance
  • Assist band/DJ in cueing important events
  • Cue bride and groom of all events
  • Stay in communication with banquet staff
  • Coordinators depart after cake cutting
